Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Parmal, we take great pride in the quality of our fragrances. Each product is carefully inspected and packed to ensure a premium experience. However, if you face any issues, we’re here to help.

1. Order Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it has not been processed or shipped.

  • To cancel, email us at [your email] or WhatsApp us at [your number] with your order number.

  • Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • Customized products, sample kits, or discounted items are not eligible for cancellation.

2. Return Policy

Due to the personal and consumable nature of perfumes, we accept returns only under the following conditions:

Eligible for Return:

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Damaged, leaking, or defective product

  • Missing item in your order

Not Eligible for Return:

  • If the perfume bottle has been opened, tested, or used

  • Change of mind, dislike of fragrance

  • Sale, promotional, or sample products

Conditions:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • You must provide:

    • Clear unboxing video

    • Photos of the outer packaging and the product

    • Order number and reason for return

Return Process:

  • Once approved, the product must be shipped back in original, unused condition with all packaging intact.

  • Returns must be sent within 5 days of approval.

  • You may be required to self-ship the product to our warehouse. Shipping costs are reimbursed only for valid claims (e.g., damaged, wrong item).

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only after the returned product passes our quality inspection.

Refund Method:

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days after approval.

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will request your UPI ID or bank details for refund.

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The product is used, opened, or returned in damaged condition

  • Return request is made after the return window

  • The required photos/video evidence is not provided
